A resource for learners aged 14 – 19 years old who are studying GCSE \/ NVQ Level 1 Hospitality and Catering. This resource includes a series of video clips, images and texts which provides information about kitchen equipment.<\/p>\n

Each unit includes interactive activities to test the learner’s understanding about the equipment.<\/p>\n

Use it in lessons on an interactive board or set it as independent work from home.<\/p>\n

It can be used on a desktop PC \/ laptop \/ iPad or any other similar digital device.<\/p>\n

This resource has been commissioned by the Welsh Government.<\/p>\n
